All the dots are elsewhere.I think USC legally was the source or one source where the defendants were altering the legal drugs sold to veterinarians to cheat at race tracks with horses and got caught.When ask where did you obtain the drugs originally,USC being in that business and KY state,is being ask for all sales to these rouges etc,records....etc.....I think ADMP is clear and so it USC.JMHO.......See what happens.
