Exactly...Those “ junk sisters “ were likely not considered because of the “ qualified bidder “ process...The “ purchaser “ never bought the components ...However sought “ assurances “ to those components should they resume bio succinic acid operations...The Petitioner only sold “ certain “ assets....It does”nt look like the components were for sale...In fact they were”nt...Otherwise...Why seek a right to assume them ?
