You are right, but the move is not going to be green. It will be dead red.The facts are as follows:
1. The board somehow voted Buzzy out as CEO and he can't even talk to the transfer agent.
2....There have been no filings made.
3. Buzzy apparently has all the numbers, contacts, and whatever else that is necessary to carry on a business locked up in his basement and won't give them to the new CEO.
4. If there is a product for sale nobody knows where or what it is.
5. In the last report that buzzy filed about half of the companys assets are empty cans. this is further strange as none of his alledged products ever came in cans.
