It’s probably better for the shareholders if the company announces a hearing date while the SP begins the day inside the bollinger bands on the one month chart, this way there is less trader uncertainty about whether the stock price had been previously getting ahead of itself, thus maximizing the share price value of the news for trading days into the future. I’ll use Nokia as an example, the stock recently gapped up by .50’cents or whatever and was way outside the bollinger zone, yet the company kept releasing news every day and the stock price has done nothing but sideways for 8 sessions. A waste of news releases imo, adding nothing to same day and next day momentum imo.
