Almost a half million shares traded.
Remember if we go for building with affordable housing..the timing is dynamite
Most plywood sheets used to sell for 20.00 now it is hard to buy one for 60.00 or 80.00.
People are buying homes as they cannot afford to build as the material is way too pricey..
Grhi could be a 2.00 stock with investors lining up.
Holding the bits and pieces of my stock..as soon as a direction is established more and more buyers will be coming in.
It has been a long time coming but certainly worth the wait.
