No, any increase in common stock not in reserve are bad for shareholders. That's just finance 101. Your shares are now worth less. I was hoping the company - despite its low cash balance and cash flows - would manage to pull off these expensive acqs without issuing more common stock. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I'd even be willing to bet that Vik tried to avoid it given his previous promise not to dilute or reverse split until after September but was unable to work out any other deal.
