If a BO was already negotiated the last thing you do is bring on highly paid employees who will get stock options. You would be doing the opposite. To me, this means one of two things. Either they know MDT is not going to acquire them and need to find other suitors and have to plan like they are going it alone, or this could be setting up for up to two year process of MDT extending and enhancing the stake in Titan like they did with Mazor. The market also believes no imminent buyout as it’s the only red on my board. I
assume QQQ seem is also up while Titan down, who would figure?
