This is your "Red Flag"...

All of the elements associated therewith are in place and we'll commence as soon as the Caveat is removed.



Why do they need the CE removed for things to "commence"? The CE limits trading, not business. It limits their ability to dilute and its a damn big red flag if they can't conduct business without issuing more shares to some toxic lender.
(a funny position to be in for a company in the debt collection business...)
