Of course, it depends entirely on what they did with that PPP, right? Just "taking ppp" does not prove they were operating at all; they may have in fact been scamming the government. Of course, you could define scamming the government as a business model, if you so chose.

Truth. What is it? Where is it? Who has it? What does it cost? How much is it worth?
