Heading further south today. That's the reality. They're dragging their feet getting out the PR's they said they would release after the CE drop. They missed the sweet spot. The lower they let this thing drop the lower the flipping range. I guess they need to find a proof reader before they can release a PR. Considering how many tries it took to get the attorney letter grammatically correct I would say we're in for a long wait. Maybe they can get the third grade spelling bee champ to help them out. lol
