$NGD Chart looks ready to move. Gold and Silver tend to do well during summer months. $GOLD has been slowly inching higher. If you believe that inflation is way under reported (I do) then hard asset plays like this should outperform.

Combining US and Canadian trading, it has 22mm shares short or 3% of outstanding, which isn't eye popping $GOLD is 1%) but its added fuel if gold/silver run.
