from my understanding of the new SEC rules , there is a hard deadline in place for these non reporting companies.

My opinion is Bishop will use every month, week, day , hour , and minute of that time period...

I think it's a tremendous disappointment and reflection of what kind of weasel he truly is to have to be forced by law to report to his shareholders..

could something big be coming ? sure we don't know, i don't know but after following this pide piper for 2.5 years i'm not expecting much more than the usual filing showing a turd of a company that has no ability to make money.

as always with my assessment i hope to God i'm dead wrong.
