I do recall reading that they were going to help the Government with creating Legislation for the Farm in Uzbekistan. Which means time involved dealing with Foreign Politics and Policy Makers. Looking at our own policy makers I'm not so optimistic, but I am as ready as anyone here for the wheels to start rolling. Maybe he's trying to bore the h.funds to death. I know all my positions are down hugely compared to this one, including the Crypto I sold out of too early, a week ago to buy more of this. Rough times right now and If I were one of the owners of companies listed in the OTC, I might be slo-rolling my news so my company's share price doesn't get beat down by you know who...they have the money or (fake shares) and we just have to play along and hope.
