I think HGLC was naked short sold into oblivion, cellar boxed with the expectation to be delisted and never return. But it was not delisted. With new, recent SEC rules and regs going into effect the naked shorts may have to cover. Some entity or someone has been buying or covering 100's of millions slowly and systematically, on the 100 million+ days it's 10,000 shares every 8 seconds. It changes but that's the most obvious one.. IMO
