So, 6/3 is deadline for participation unless extended by HCMC. Technically the offering price has not been set as its predicated on the closing price 5 days prior to the expiration of the rights offering, correct??

Despite my average pps of 0.0001, I’m willing to participate as it honestly won’t raise my pps that significantly. The question is, what will the company do to support the pps after 6/3?? Otherwise it’s a slap in the face to all the investors trying to raise money for the company by participating in this thing. I hope they have some major announcement planned. They have no control over the judge’s decision on moving the case forward so I’m hopeful they have something planned to generate immediate pps appreciation
