Appreciate your questions and comments. I did sell and have not re entered for the reasons I've posted. With the markets and individual equities, things change and as investors we need to reassess when required. I won't hide my disappointment here nor provide adequate comparisons and contrasts. I do so because of several reasons. First, stock performance and managerial shading is accountable. The Soon and dilution are real, at shareholders expenses. Remember when notes weren't due until the fall and adequate financing has been secured so no need for additional dilution? Yet, warrants and shares with 4 cent converts in play. Corporate wants shareholder monies but for what in exchange? There's no clear path to revenues, no clarity on outline or capacity to extract. So what's left? Hopium and the carrot for another vague business plan. I use Cypress as the comparison because it's relevant and an apples to apples example. I do not have a stake there fwiw. I expected more here but that's my fault for not evaluating on an objective level. I think I've provided a more fair and realistic analysis and given the reasons for it. I've given a fair target price range as well and wouldconsider a position here from the reward risk or commit at higher levels should detailed info warrant. Keep this in mind, patents are only have value if their an industry standard and adopted. Their are costs to obtain get them and retain them, so it's another x factor unknown regardless of the wait for disclosure. Secondly, look at the stocks performance and ask, is this indicating viability and market business participation or?
Remember, if your going to take an investment in an equity, then you have the right to expect a return for your capital. I base my eval on filings and not press issues with what exactly...
Finally, wouldn't it have been nice to see a return on investments via a merger rather than what exactly...
Maybe they'll deliver and I'll be happy for those that weathered and costaveraged. If they do corporate deserves praise and continual support. As to why I post or am still here. I do so as an investor that keeps on watch investments that have given me a return. My analysis here is just my opinion on the filings and stock sector performance. I've given a price range based on what I've concluded and nothing more. I'm also not short or long here and was an investor. If I invest here, I will also disclose that.
