Sorry for the long last post (and long this post)and I did not answer Stocks other question. Why does this not seem to wrap up? I am not a lawyer but I have an extended family member who is a lawyer. He is way smarter than me... He is a pleasure to talk to because of that first rate brain of his, he is an an honorable guy also. Yes I am talking about a lawyer but he is a person I do call a friend. Firstly lawyers are expensive and like all other crafts some are great and some are selfish. If you get paid on billable hours would(or could) you complete the job in the quickest possible time frame? Could you finish the job and keep your reputation intact?(firm's reputation also) Did you defend your client or let them get run over because you did not try because you were trying to just get this over with. We are looking at this from a investor's view point not a lawyers. The law is slow and to me that really sucks but if I get face plus interest I am personally ok with that. I was not robbed, I hope, of value. You have to deal with a impartial Judge who is also a lawyer and will follow (hopefully) all the rules because that is the law... Just because I know a lawyer does not mean I know the law but I have always known that the court system is slow. We all have seen that this is true(again sucks). I have learned a lot but I still have a lot to learn. Be patient because the powers that be are trying to get them and us through this. Some are on our side and some are not! That is why this is in court correct? If there was no money no lawyer would take the case. There must be a pot of gold some where. I think it is referred to as remote assets... or bankruptcy remote assets... When congress changed the rules of banks going forward it meant we were going to be paid because they did not change the rules for us. I have been confident that we will get paid but this whole page is just my opinion and worth what you paid for it=$000 nothing absolutly nothing... I am not a lawyer on this case and have no affiliation with this case so I do not know what is taking so long but someone is being paid to litigate it and the lawyers are expensive... Keep the gravy train going because they are getting paid... but one day they will be looking for another client and want to say we secured this for our last client...
Sorry I long winded but the only ones who know are our lawyers and our company will not tell us the value of the remote assets but they will have to pay us our share... ONE DAY
