Yep...The Purchaser never bought the components from the Petitioner which are “ essential “ ( extremely important; absolutely necessary ) in operating the plant...However sought “ assurances “ to those components should they resume bio succinic acid operations...It”s pretty clear shares will remain intact and safe...
