All I know is that DB has been posting that particular site for over a year. Info re the deal with BetConstruct and the HOF Fantasy Sports was out in 2019, and the deal with Amelco occurred Feb., 2020.
It appears that things are ready to go, but DB has to make things happen, and he has to let shareholders and the public in on what's happening.

From what DB has posted on Facebook, he appears to have things in place for his "Laketown" project in Kenner, LA. From what he has posted, he'll have a 99 year lease on the property, and it appears he has Westgate Resorts as a partner in the deal. Westgate is the largest privately owned company of it's kind in the US.

I know the HOF Village has their own fantasy football, but this is different and apart from the deal David Baker announced Summer, 2019 (HOF, BetConstruct and Atlantis).
