ACCR SEC LETTER DEC 2020

I pledge that ACCR will re-file our FORM 10...with the last 2 years attached PCAOB audited financials. This is the way we bypass OTC Markets, and file our FORM 10 again with the SEC. I am the only authorized individual to effect EDGAR filings with ACCR and the SEC.

The ACCR M5...WOWSA! The SEC will work with ACCR. I have called in 2021 to the SEC, sometimes screaming at them because of that FORM 15 from our deadly past. The FORM 15 killed ACCR...and I fought the SEC attorneys in 2012, and I won my plea....and they let our ticker live! We still lived in the grey market for 11 years, and there is NO WAY that ACCR is going back. Guys, ACCR is not going back. Let's settle, and all be lovers, and friends, and listen to this great song together. I have a plan...re-file this FORM 10 with the SEC. Even if we file our FORM 10 by July 1st...gives us a fresh new start with 300,000,000 AS shares, and I am feeling very good about ACCR in the SHORT TERM. A catalyst may happen sooner than you think. Remember, no pump, just stating some facts in here. Back to the FORM 10 we filed the 1st time,,,,it's OK. They told me, refile the FORM 10 when ACCR is ready. I am ready NOW. Again, remember...ACCR is a NO PUMP, NO DUMP shell. A very beautiful SHELL with ZERO debt, and a COOL TICKER SYMBOL too.
