I have Schwab, and their email to me stated that the limitation of only sells of CE stocks will be effective by May 25. However, I am loaded on HIRU, and I will not be selling a single share. Once this CE is lifted, you will not be able to buy the stock fast enough to make up for any possible drop in price. My advice, any holders of HIRU stock should hold tight. The writing is on the wall. This will be the ride of a lifetime. If one can not see that, it will be their loss. As you and Kevin like to say, MARK THIS POST!
