I don’t know for sure, but if I had to guess and be right I’d lean yes. I was given the Gilead prod rem. when in hospital for Covid/pneumonia & I was verbally told the name and it was all over the liability paperwork I had to sign. Don’t know if the eua made things different here, but rem was still in trial even though it was granted eua status. No idea of the type of trial, blind, etc.
