Google wanted the ADR after intervening rights ruling, but this case was already approved at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit with rule 36 judgement 78 claims upheld 38 original of 51 original claims & other 40 claims to clarify. claim 16 completely the same as original & other original claims grouped in 6 big claims with only some claims gated row address strobe definition added to it what was described in the original patent 7619912 & phased locked loop line added to a few other claims. The reexam certificate is only 8 pages at uspto public pair site appl. number 95/000,579 image file wrapper february 2021 8 pages.

Google always wants to stall. Can't we circumvent this & try to hold this ADR in a month or so after the usual 90 days.

Google was worth $300 billion 11 years after inception, from what I heard 1% of Google's marketcap the payout should be, that's $15.5 billion.

If you divide the marketcap of Google by Netlist it's more than 3000, halfway it would be $22billion.

Netlist patent allowed Google to quadruple the memory on their search engine servers delivering 3X faster searches since 2009. Yahoo & MSN had catched up with them by 2009.
