I stated No Retailer can short an OTC ...your on about something else. Having said that the volume here is so anemic ( dead stock walking ) that no naked shorting, no real trading, nothing really happening here except maybe billy and crew trying to sell off as much as possible while they can. They can make 5 to 10 grand a day maybe?. Not bad for them but not the windfall the fitx scam was for sure.
