The new SEC rules will now force these OTC companies to get current or go grey, I believe they take effect in July. If they hold true to their word we will see some clean up of defunct companies. Keeping fingers crossed, also if they do you will see a massive sell off of on companies that are just trying to screw shareholders in these OTC ventures. Not holding my breath, looks good on paper so far. LOL Im guessing any company that wants to get current will do so at the dead line, no sense in doing it any sooner, one thing is for sure, SBFM will still be able to trade after the dead line.
