Somebody help me out here. I own 3 million shares of HCMC and 750,000 shares just showed up in my Fidelity account as a cash distribution. No symbol just numbers. This is the amount of shares um eligible to purchase in the Rights Offering if i choose to participate ( which i don't because i already have 3 million shares). Um wondering why the shares just showed up.

Are these gimmies or did they just show up waiting for me to purchase them. I'll take um if they're free!!! I've received no information from HCMC or Fidelity concerning participating in the Rights Offering
