Stop, Yield, Go?

Think many are missing the reality of what the elimination of access to these markets [CE's/Pink No Infos(Stop) & Yeild tickers] means. Essentially the SEC intends to lock retail investors out from participating in these markets, while institutional investors have access to trade. Many of the OTC custodial plays begin as dormant/defunct/or non current tickers- Some are CE's, most are Pink No Infos. For example, a ticker like MJWL [+122% today] on merger news. It is a Pink No Info, and there's going to come a time soon when retail will be locked out of these plays-until tickers are pink current, by that time most of the juice might have been squeezed already! As it stands, brokers have began restricting access already to some tickers due to their status. Come Sept, not being able to buy or sell that's going to be interesting for a lot of tickers on those non transact lists. SLJB seems to be left by the wayside as AVVH proceeds forward [+750% over last 3 Mos]

So basically Stop Sign stocks? lol

Doesn’t make any difference for this since it has the CE. Main goal would be to just get it PINK current. By all definition it is but something is lingering to get that CE off.
