But LCI has its own shareholders to worry about and often times, doesn’t the acquirer sort of take a “hit” from their shareholders’ perspectives? Seems like in my experience, buyouts are usually much more positive for the acquired than acquirer.

Would also have to be pretty devious for Lannett to self-sabotage their own products. How much would they really be “saving” in that case?

Lastly, Nasrat still ultimately has the most to gain from a large rise in price, not keeping the price in the gutter trying to obtain a few thousand more shares.
