It will RS by October at the latest. Expect some fluff PRs in order to spark interest so they can dump the remaining AS prior to the RS. With a soon to be 20 billion OS they have to RS. They will run out of shares soon. They have little choice. They have no revenue and they likely will not anytime soon. They couldn't sell telehealth during a pandemic and ended up giving the platform, contracts and IP away to cover expenses. The CEO and management team jumped ship too. They reduced themselves to a reseller. Now, they want to resell hand sanitizer for a company that closed it' doors 2 days ago. If they signed a deal with ewll, they need money. My guess is the 4 billion shares will be used for that then a RS. Come on, what do you see here that spells success.

If it runs, it will be short lived and then totally destroyed by the RS.
