No legitimate company is going to merge into a company fresh from bankruptcy with a $3.1M debt they'd be responsible for in addition to handing over their equity ownership to the shells bagholders.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
