It's interesting. They just went through the trouble of making Global 3pl inc a holding company just like they did with the parent, Cannagistics, so why set up another? Partnership maybe?

Being that Bruce Dugan was in town from Cancun just prior to this it may be setting up a partnership with him as he is the technology side of things along with Mario.

Just a guess.
