It is indeed a federal felony that can endanger officers of the subs & holding company as a whole. Conduct like this is so egregious & another example of complete disregard for fiduciary duties & corporate governance. They have abandoned all regard for the companies & impact on shareholders.

This is what the case is about now. Did they (management) abandon their duties & company due to Covid or whatever their excuse is? I believe they did.
