RETC management is not on trial for fraud, this should be noted.
The federal aide received by their subs were substantial given they have only 6 employees according to the testimony of the subcontractor accountant. The relevance of the aide money begotten is that it discredits RETC's argument that they had no money to complete the audit for SEC compliance & state reinstatement.
They had/have more than enough funds. Now, since 75% of PPP goes to payroll & 25% goes to other general expense like rent payment, we have to challenge 1) what they did with all the money since they have only 6 employees and 2) where did the $$ for alleged inventory purchase come from 3) why weren't 25% of aide used to meet basic business requirements like getting their affairs in order with NVSOS & the SEC.
Statement from the subcontractor is that they had to save money to pay their employees & inventory purchase and could not afford audit fees which was said to be $75K~.
