we should be, but the news was not incendiary, but more importantly, this stock is tightly manipulated by the scum who "make a market" here (& hedge fund shorts). 88 does a good job and this should be hovering at .15 to .20 based on assets, cash, permits, leases, subsidiaries, etc. ABSOLUTELY at a minimum. So why isn't it?

i believe they are still several billion shares "unaccounted" for that these sacks of dogcrap MMs (& short hedge fund) need to get before there is no holding it down anymore.

i do think 88 Energy has failed in its fiduciary duty to address shareholder concerns of this very manipulation & extortion, but honestly they do not seem to care (or are simply too stupid to understand it).
