Note 7 – Subsequent Events

On February 11, 2021, the Company ISSUED 10,000,000 million shares of its common stock at par value in a share exchange for the acquisition of 1094 Military Trail, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company.

(The above SPRV stock distribution was NOT listed on the Q1 2021 Financial Report!)

On March 11, 2021, the Company completed its Agreement of Merger and Plan of Merger regarding the acquisition of 1094 Military Trail, LLC. The Company issued 10,000,000 shares of its common stock in exchange for 100% of the ownership shares of the acquired Company. (10,000,000 SPRV common stock shares were already transferred to 1094 Military Trail on FEBRUARY 11, 2021!) The acquisition will be accounted for as a purchase and 1094 Military Trail, LLC. will be a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company also issued 5,000,000 Series A preferred shares a part of the acquisition.

Liverpool, New York (March 15, 2021) Supurva Healthcare Group, Inc. is proud to announce that the Company has acquired its first medical office building in Jupiter, Florida.

Mr. Murphy went on to say that, “...We anticipate significant cash flow from this acquisition...”

10,000,000 SPRV common shares were delivered to 1094 Military Trail, LLC on FEBRUARY 11, 2021 and 5,000,000 Series A Preferred SPRV shares were transferred to 1094 Military Trail, LLC on MARCH 31, 2021!
