Amrsto1000, The IP turn-around time of the nearest hosting facility next to (for instance) NASDAQ is 4-8ms. Executing within less time would require you to be INSIDE NASDAQ on their LAN.

Furthermore, your transactions will not be alone and there is a FIFO queue on the execution machines. Hence, the processing time must be added to your IP time. Finally your own systems will need some processing time. And all this is assuming you can live with the few hundred ms delay on satellite feeds if you get your data from a satellite feed.

On a BT Radianz network you could possibly get life data and try to limit it to a couple of instruments and do your transactions over their network. It is a closed network for professionals and is very fast.

But still then your requirements are ... :)

I think for now your wishes are kind of wet dreams :)
