Not sure other than educate and inform, we all can concur together but we need justice and consequences to be harsh to stop this, too many hands and powerful hands in the pie but transparency may help. Most care and if you know you be caught you will not do it then others that do not care can go to jail. We will see, going to be interesting but either way something has to be done or the economy will be a disaster, I just hope we are on the path to a positive direction and we follow through and then $DLAD has a huge surprise coming :) GO $DLAD
