Just to clarify, there is no name change. Global Transition Corporation was set up as a holding company in Deleware, Cannagistics merged into GTC then assumed the name of the predecessor, Cannagistics.

Cannagistics Inc now lists on Deleware Sec of State, established 5/7/2021



It would appear to me, by retaining the name, that the ultimate focus here is still on supply chain management for the marijuana sector though with the new G3PL engine platform, any holding companies acquired would pursue other areas of logistics in addition to supporting the MJ supply chain goal. Building an infrastructure.
