That's correct. I'm not an FDA expert, but I've been trading lots of biotech stocks over the past 2 years. Approval to start a trial is just the beginning. Many biotechs must go through Phase 1, 2, and 3 to finally achieve full FDA NDA approval to sell drugs in the USA. This stock is years away from achieving all of that. I'm currently waiting for RLFTF to obtain EUA from the FDA for COVID19. Those studies were in the making for a couple of years.

However, the press releases on QNTA plans and ambitions can attract more investor interest and help the PPS along the way.

This company is already selling their product outside of the USA, so that IMO is where we must see more progress in sales/profits and growth if we expect to see the PPS needle move sizably on this.

There is too much hype being placed on the FDA granting approval to START the FDA trials. We are years away from approval.

I am a FDA "EXPERT" - I understand the IND process front to back and every way it can be sliced !!

Obtaining a IND grant by the FDA for their product aka Scorpion Venom opens up SALES INSIDE THE USA in a massive way for QNTA aka MedoLife Rx and THAT is what matters !

They are not interested in a "FULL FDA PRODUCT APPROVAL" at this point - and they don't need that.

Under an IND there can be an enormous amount of clinical trials started by RESEARCHERS ALL ACROSS THE NATION and at ACADEMIA HOSPITALS and likely BIG PHARMA partnerships formed and funded and on and on and on - and then they NEED THE VENOM TO ADMINISTER they will BUY IT FROM QNTA aka Medolife RX and not "make it" themselves for their R&D trials = THAT is the freaking key and clue :)

Moreover - there are FAST TRACK and EMERGENCY USE avenues that open-up like a freaking giant DOOR OF OPPORTUNITY just got bulldozed IF an IND from the FDA is obtained = HUGE for any company.

A treatment such as this under a IND and RIGHT TO TRY or COMPASSIONATE USE act filing can EASILY be $10K or $20K or $50K a pop - if it shows amazing efficacy and can save a life from the brink of cancer or COVID death !

The COVID "vaccine" in the USA BEING USED AND MADE FOR $BILLIONS by MEGA PHARMA Inc is an EXPERIMENTAL DRUG and ONLY BEING USED UNDER AN EMERGENCY USE AUTHORIZATION - NO "FDA APPROVAL" has ever been granted it for it - thems the facts :)

And beyond that = INTERNATIONAL SALES EXPLODE ON AN IND GRANT as 50% or more of planet earth IS NOT THE CORRUPT BULLSHIT FDA GAUNTLET but IF they see the FDA is allowing the product to be USED/TESTED on human patients on U.S. soil - will READILY ALLOW SALES IN THEIR OWN NATION w/ full compliance on a fast-track a 1,000 times faster and 10,000 times cheaper than a FDA approval in the states (EU, Asia, etc).

The USA is a blip and tiny, tiny part of the world - people "don't get it" LMAO !!

We're a lousy 330 million people on this globe.

In ASIA you can throw a rock in many cities and hit MORE PEOPLE THAN THE ENTIRE U.S. population - why does one think THE AUTO MAKERS and COCA COLA and every WARREN BUFFET mega investment is OUTSIDE THE USA and sees ALL THEIR FUTURE GROWTH PLANS OUTSIDE THE USA why, why would that be?

QNTA is opening up ASIA already - and LATIN AMERICA IS APPROVING THEM FOR SALES RIGHT NOW (Dominican is their real base of operations) so just ADD THE FREAKING NUMBERS UP THERE and you've got a market 10X or more the size of the USA = THAT is where the money is :)

The IND is a small part of the QNTA/Medolife Rx merger story- the stuff they make sells for $40 MILLION a gallon and they have a lock on one of the only mega PHARMA GRADE sources on planet earth now and can produce 5, FIVE GALLONS ANNUALLY !!

That's a $200 MILLION annual run rate right there- and they can SELL EVERY DROP OF IT w/o needing the bullshit FDA or an IND for a damn thing- they're already in Qty-40 nations with boots on the ground sales teams expanding "as we speak" !
