This is the second time in two years that Mulholland stepped down/forced out. That’s very concerning if revenue and any approval was truly imminent. Nobody struggles for years only to quit at the 1-yard line. I suspect he’s aware of something and is easing out as to not cause more panic.
“Leaving for family reasons”? The company has no revenue and isn’t uplisting. Their financials can’t be very difficult to do. The consolidation of the shareholders’ lawsuits is very concerning. Nader wouldn’t do well in discovery and if the other lawsuits regarding unjust enrichment are any indication, the lawyers will have a field day with discovery.
I think the science could be good. I’m not sure it’s the wonder drug some profess because if it were, it would have met the endpoints. I’m a data guy. I leave the emotion and conspiracy theories out of the analysis. From a human standpoint, I despise Nader and what he stands for (or lack of what he stands for). Should they move him out quickly, which my guess is something is cooking, an experienced BP Exec could potentially engage FDA and clean up the HIV BLA. Acceptance of that brings $87M in milestone payments. That leads to additional channels of non-toxic funding and they can get back on the tnMBC trials.
States are opening up now and going maskless. Covid appears to be diminishing returns and foreign countries are not going to approve, especially after the FDA letter. If LL truly saved the ex-Prez of Phillipines, they’d be buying by the truckload.
