That pretty much says it all for PTTN that has not filed any financials for years. Headed for the delisting thanks to ERNIE( MADE OFF ) REMO.
Made off with our money. These rules are a joke and mean nothing if you don't prosecute the fraudsters. SEC does another worthless dance around the real issues like Short selling which should be eliminated altogether. Especially NAKED short selling which is a real joke. How does someone make money, destroy good companies with stocks you don't even own.
If thats the best the SEC can do in 35 years, we don't need a SEC.
