You would have to ask etrade. But at least you would be able to hold your shares. I have a UBS account in Switzerland and they stopped letting Americans hold securities. And since they weren’t able to sell my penny stocks they put all my shares of various stocks in certificates. I’m sure I could go to various brokers in the US and cash them out if I want.
