Kinda See it Differently..

In looking that that amerihe site it appears that the company acts as consultancy to get Asian companies listed in the US by providing services to them such as finding shells & guidance through the process that may get them onto a NAS listing. I don't read it as that FCIC is going to uplist. The FCIC shell is clean & they can bring in a business of this type, which could operate as a holding company for merging underlying subsidiaries, which they could then spin off into vacant shells or via reverse takover RTO & allow them to go public..Just my thoughts,, but good find on the links..
