No, common stock is not 'valued' higher than market. And no one will pay a premium to get the remaining shares in the AS. If NSAV's share price rises enough, then those shares could be sold at or below market. The S1 is written in such a way that if NSAV's share price rises, those shares can be sold at a higher price.
