There is an interesting case going on with plenty of documents with Textor,PLFX and Fubo amongst others as defendants.
It is about 2014 and promises Textor made for shares in PLFX but perhaps it will affect what will happen with the remaining 42% of the shares of PLFX who got nothing so far from the FUBO deal.
In many of the dosuments it shows how Textor with the help of his friend Fiksenbaum did nothing for the rights of the minority shareholders of Pulse.
