Where I think you're wrong is the "us" and "them", "we" and "they".

PYPR is the whole thing !!!

If you are saying that Panamersa, the US based corp owns 30% of the newly created Panamanian corp, then you are right. That's what the PR says

But,

To intimate that PYPR the stock, will be valuated on 30% of the profits of company as a whole, ie. the entire crown corporation - is wrong, IMO.

I agree, that this could use more clarification, and if I'm wrong, then so be it.

MT could clear this up easily.
