You have experience there - with a custody battle? this is about a business not a family. The company whose CEO is in Hong Kong hired an attorney to deal with it. perfectly acceptable. spinning this into something it is not will only bring temporary relief. Monday you will have your answer. Some already left knowing the odds might not go their way. So whatever.
