The judge will be deciding how good a quote that is. Looks like a bunch of wishful thinking by someone who has not even seen all the evidence submitted by the defendant.

I can only imagine the judge's reaction to some of the emails being sent to her or her aide. Turning it into a real kangaroo court!

well at least it is entertainment.
