I looked at the links. I do not know what to make of all that I read. Common shares, preferred shares etc. may be place holders. Arithmetic doesn't add up. NV, curious.

Not much help I am afraid.

What I do KNOW is that KK is actively involved in attempting to deliver on his commitments and is facing several major challenges for which he thinks that solutions are at hand.

The silence is deafening and troubling to GERSlanders. I suspect that this is due to his conclusion that it is necessary for the long-term health of GERS and its shareholders. That said (and without most of the facts), I am concerned that KK has been held captive by legal advice which is but one thread of the decision to create this cloak of silence. Sometimes, CEOs need to see beyond just the legal issues and see the broader policy issues for shareholders and the company. This is probably very hard for KK, an attorney himself.
