Agreed.

I like Zach, and overall, I think he’s done a great job here and really does care about shareholder value. But, I do think a few of his communications—the end of year update in December and the April 12 update, made it sound like things were further along then they were and may have raised expectations beyond what VNUE can deliver on the short term front.

For example, we’ve known about the 450 units since Fall, and statements in the December update suggested that beta testing was essentially near done and shipping imminent with what at that time was a 3-5M funding round. That didn’t happen on any short scale.

Then, April 12, we hear of high 7 figure funding slated to close within 30 days. We still know nothing about that now a week past the 30 day window. We’re left to wonder if Triton is the funding and if so, let’s face it, that’s very underwhelming. And on that, still no S-1 filed and so VNUE likely hasn’t even received the $$$$$ yet from Triton. May not till end of year. All this means a much more protracted development cycle for Soundstr if it is the case.

Again—I’m still a believer here and I give Zach high marks overall but let’s at least be fair and acknowledge the issues too.

One caveat is of course the OTC downturn which is just relentless: ALP*, HMB*, ENZ*, and WDL* all have the same chart as us. It’s hard to believe this correction in OTC isn’t done yet but it is the price to pay for what was arguably one of the greatest bull markets of all time in pennies from Sept.-Feb. of last year into the beginning of this year.
